Bailey Caravan in Hedon, East Riding of Yorkshire for sale

Hi, Here is my 1994 Bailey Caravan in which my family and I have had many a good weekend and weeks away, sadly I am selling due to the lack of use and my children leaving school and having no interest in going away with there parents!!! If you are just starting out and fancy caravanning here is the van for you and yours. I m selling the caravan and every thing that goes with it as listed below, The caravan has several small dents near the top of the awning rail due and a few around the body, and inside there are marks around the woodwork as you would expect from a caravan of its age. The van is currently in storage and is paid up until June, I have spoken to the owner of the storage facility and you take over the pitch if required. The van has : Correct spare wheel Hot/Cold running water Three way fridge (Gas, 12v and 240V) 12v and 240v Electrics Alko Hitch and Alko Hitch Lock Bathroom with shower and toilet (we have never used the shower) 5 Berth, Back seats covert into small double and above that a single can be made, Front seat can be either single beds or pulled together and form a double bed. Gas fire, Hob and Grill. Aqua-roll and waste water container. 2 x Tables Ironing board. Accessories: Bradcot Awning (In fair condition) Bradcot Annexe Awning (zips onto the main awning, we used it as a extra storage area/bedroom) Porch Awning Awning tie down kit (for when it is windy) 2 x Mains hook up cables. 2 x Portable TVs 2 x Free view set top boxes 2 x Aerials (brackets on the right hand side of the van, with 2 home made aerial poles) Pop up larder storage unit 3 x 240 v Heaters (we used the gas heater in the van but have a electric heater for during the night) Set of Pans Microwave 240 v Toaster and 240 v Kettle Folding picnic table Plastic plate set and cutlery BBQ. Gas Bottle and regulator. Nose weight indicator. Air Bed. All you would need is a breathable ground sheet for the Awning.
